Reiki <\/a>is a beautiful practice that mingles the spiritual with the physical.\u00a0 How it works is not yet truly understood, but it is an empowering gift.\u00a0 Reiki can assist in resolving struggles with physical and emotional issues<\/a> like anxiety, mobility, stress, fatigue, and recovery.\u00a0 It can be profoundly relaxing and delightfully insightful. It can also be a bit bewildering, skeptics really don’t expect to feel anything, and when it does it can be a bit overwhelming.\u00a0 \u00a0 As skeptics, we may not expect Reiki to work,\u00a0 I know I certainly didn’t….but the world is an all the more beautiful place because it does.<\/p>\n

Medical professionals generally agree that Reiki is low risk that does not interfere with other forms of treatment. Reiki healing is considered by conventional medicine as a Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM). The number of hospitals offering Reiki in the U.S. is growing.\u00a0 It can often assist with recovery and side effects of treatments. Reiki can be learned in a series of classes.\u00a0 Level 1 classes are available by appointment and can be done in a single day.\u00a0 Reiki 1 focuses on self-healing and is a great and reasonably priced option for people wanting to improve their own health and well-being.<\/p>\n

I recognize that the people who may most need Reiki in their lives are those who may be least able to afford it.\u00a0 I offer Military & Veteran discounts as well as Student discounts. If you don’t fit into these categories but feel like Reiki would benefit you, contact me and let’s discuss possible options.<\/p>\n
